Self-powered Teleinfo bridge?

Does anyone know of a Teleinfo bridge that's self-powered from the (Linky, standard TIC mode) meter? I looked into this months ago and I may have found something that claims to be self-powered from the meter but may have misunderstood. Sadly I didn't save the link at the time.
Recently got the Wemos kit on Tindie and it works great (with ESPHome!) but having a USB cable hanging from the panel is not great-looking as there's no power socket in the electrical panel (and adding a DIN-rail socket module would still be tricky unless someone knows about a super-slim USB charger that won't interfere with the panel door closing)?
